Dr. Phoebe Hoang grew up in Fountain Valley, CA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Hoang is passionate about health and vision care, driven by her desire to improve her patients' quality of life. She is known for her compassionate approach, clear communication, and ability to make patients of all ages feel comfortable and cared for. Her focus on personalized care ensures each patient receives thoughtful, thorough attention. Outside the clinic, Dr. Hoang enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, arts & crafts, and listening to music. Dr. Hoang's office accepts most insurances and is a VSP Premier Provider.
