Bio:

Dr Brian Merlino enjoys caring for patients of all ages and performs eye exams, diabetic annual eye exams, as well as standard and specialty contact lens fittings. Dr. Merlino is a native of Ontario, Canada and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in Guelph, Ontario. He received his Doctor of Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois in 2004. He graduated cum laude and is a Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society member. Dr. Merlino and his wife Ashlie reside in Westchase with their two boys, Liam and Jack. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf and skiing. As a family, they are avid supporters of the Tampa Bay Lightning. Dr. Merlino’s office accepts most vision insurance and is a VSP Premier provider.”
