Bio:

Dr. Vicky Than is an accomplished optometric physician who is dedicated to providing the highest level of eye care to all her patients. With a passion for helping others, she goes above and beyond to ensure each patient receives exceptional care and an unforgettable experience. Born in Vietnam, Dr. Than is fluent in Vietnamese, English, and Spanish, and is able to provide comprehensive eye examinations in all three languages. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside, and attended the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico for her optometry degree. Her first job at a local optometry office sparked her love for the field, leading her to pursue a career in optometry. Dr. Than fell in love with the Gulf Coast area of Florida during a rotation in Pinellas County in her fourth year of optometry school. After graduation, she relocated to Tampa Bay and joined Beyond 2020 Vision Specialists, where she provides a wide range of services including comprehensive eye exams, medical exams, and foreign body removals. Her compassionate approach and warm demeanor create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. In her free time, Dr. Than enjoys spending time with her family and her furry friends, as well as exploring new restaurants. She is dedicated to her profession and is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in optometry to provide the best possible care for her patients.
