Independent Doctor of Optometry

Bio:

Dr. Jodi Rowson completed her undergraduate work at The Ohio State University and received her Doctorate from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 1990. Wanting to pursue a career in the medical field, she chose optometry because it enabled her to work with people of all ages and have the opportunity to not only improve their sight but also their quality of life through prescribing glasses and contact lenses, recommending refractive and cataract surgeries, and by treating eye disease. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association. Dr Rowson resides in Medina with her husband, Tom and their two children, Jordyn and Jake. In her spare time, Dr. Rowson enjoys spending time with her family and friends boating on Lake Erie and taking her annual girls’ cruise with her mom, sister, and daughter. Dr Rowson’s office accepts most vision insurance and is a VSP Premier Provider.
