Bio:
Dr. Rafael Garcia received his undergraduate education at the Florida International University. He then attended the University of the Incarnate Word's Rosenberg School of Optometry for his doctoral studies. In addition to comprehensive and medical eye exams, his practice specializes in diabetic eye exams, glaucoma treatment, and perioperative care, all offered in both English and Spanish. Dr. Garcia has always had an inclination for health sciences and helping others. With optometry, I am able to combine the two, he tells his patients. Outside his practice, he is an avid sports fan and remains eternally faithful to the local Miami teams.
Dr. Garcia's practice accepts most vision insurance and is a VSP Premier Provider.
