Bio:
Dr. Kotlyar studied at the University of Houston's College of Optometry, where she became an Optometrist with additional certification as a Glaucoma Specialist and Therapeutic Optometrist. Her office offers a wide variety of services, including comprehensive and medical eye exams, glaucoma evaluations, diabetic eye care, foreign body removal, and pre- and post- surgical care for LASIK and cataract patients, all offered in English, Spanish, and Russian. She was inspired to follow this career by her own optometrist, and is overjoyed to be a part of this caring and rewarding profession. When not seeing patients, she enjoys learning languages, microbiome health and wellness, and travel.
Her office accepts most vision insurance and is a VSP Premier Provider
