Dr. Jessica Baxter is a highly experienced optometrist with deep roots in North Houston's Fifth Ward. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida A&M University with a Biology degree and earned her Doctor of Optometry (OD) from the University of Houston in 2009. For over 15 years, Dr. Baxter has been practicing optometry all over Houston, where she's recognized as a top-tier eye care specialist. She offers comprehensive vision care for patients starting at age five, with a particular focus on children with special needs. Her office provides services in English and Spanish. Her professional expertise is complemented by her personal understanding as the mother of a high school student with autism. Beyond her practice, Dr. Baxter is a dedicated choir director, vocalist, world traveler, and fitness enthusiast. She is deeply passionate about her faith, family, and community. Dr. Baxter's office accepts most insurances and is a VSP Premier Provider.
