Independent Doctor of Optometry

Bio:

Dr. Emily Wang is a Therapeutic optometrist from New Milford, New Jersey. She attended Smith College in Northampton, MA and earned her Biochechemistry degree in 3 Years. After college, Dr. Wang worked as a chemist in Waterbury, CT and helped patent a laser formula. She realized working with people is her true passion and completed her Doctorate of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. Dr. Wang had extensive training in glaucoma, geriatrics and ocular disease while providing care to veterans at the Wilmington, Delaware VA, North Miami Beach Eye Clinic, and Broward Eye Clinics. Dr. Wang enjoys baking, especially French desserts, gardening, church activities, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and son. Dr. Wang’s office accepts most vision and health insurances and is a VSP Premier Provider.
